Sasha Dugdale is a prolific translator of Russian poetry and drama, founder of the Russian New Writing Project, and presently editor of Modern Poetry in Translation. A highly acclaimed poet, she is also the recipient of an Eric Gregory Award, and her most recent collection is Red House (Carcanet, 2011). She read from her own poetry and translations.

 

This reading was jointly presented by the Oxford University Poetry Society and the Oxford Comparative Criticism and Translation network.
